Sustainability for a greener construction
Overview
NOVAPLAK® is a recycled and recyclable construction material, developed by NOVAFLOOR® over more than 10 years in its pilot plant in Coquelles, Nord-Pas de Calais. The production capacity was then 500 kg/h.
The products developed in this factory, all made from 100% recycled raw materials, were sold exclusively in the Middle East.
The main product was COFFRANOV used for concrete formwork. Since then, based on the aesthetic qualities and functionalities of NOVAPLAK®, other products have emerged for applications such as wall cladding, roofing, flooring, and more.
The total invested in R&D exceeded ten million Euros, entirely financed by shareholders’ equity.
NOVAPLAK® has proudly earned the label Eco-friendly building material.

Features
NOVAPLAK® is weather-resistant, moisture-resistant with non-swelling, excellent stability, and impact strength capabilities. It is resistant to aggressive environmental conditions, corrosion-free, and chemical-resistant. It is thermoformable, with excellent surface characteristics, scratch healing, does not adhere to concrete and is easy to work with.

Specifications
NOVAPLAK® panels have undergone several standards and struct testing and certifications in France. From physical characteristics, to chemical composition to mechanical properties, all aspects of the material have been put to the test

Packaging & Storage
NOVAPLAK® panels are delivered flat on wooden pallets. The number of pieces on each pallet varies with order specifications and requirements.
